Description:

XHTML, JavaScript and CSS: Web pages for all browsers, create standards compliant HTML using the latest W3C standards such as XHTML and CSS.

Course contents

XHTML, JavaScript and CSS covers the following topics:

• Tools for web design: Text editors and Dreamweaver
• Markup and tags: How does the web work
• Basic HTML tags: headers, body, headlines, paragraphs
• XForms: Allowing your visitors to send data
• XML and XHTML: The more stricter rules for web design
• Styling you web pages with CSS and testing on different browsers
• Using basic JavaScript to make your pages more interactive
• A quick look at AJAX: Asynchronous JavaScript and XML - Change the content of your pages without reloading.
